As an employee, I have had to learn how to communicate effectively in order to achieve the goals and objectives of my organization. One key challenge I have encountered is the lack of a clear understanding and clear articulation of communication strategies within the company. This lack of communication strategies has led to communication misalignment and confusion. The lack of communication strategies creates an environment in which communication breaks down, and ideas are not shared or received in a meaningful way.
